Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how trial access, subscription charges, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests are handled for Co Parent Peace.
Free trials
Where a free trial is offered, you can evaluate the service before being charged. Unless clearly stated otherwise, the trial converts to a paid subscription if it is not cancelled before the end of the trial period.
Subscription charges
Paid plans are billed in advance on the schedule shown at checkout. By subscribing, you agree to the recurring charges associated with your chosen plan unless you cancel before renewal.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically create a refund for the current paid period.
Refunds
Because Co Parent Peace is a digital software service with immediate access to features, refunds are generally not guaranteed once a billing period has started. However, we may consider refund requests in exceptional cases, such as duplicate charges, clear billing mistakes, or technical issues that prevented reasonable access to the service.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
How to request a refund
To request a refund review, email info@coparentpeace.com with your account email address, transaction details, and a short explanation of the issue. We may ask for additional information so we can investigate.
Chargebacks
If you believe a payment is unauthorised, contact us first so we can try to resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback may lead to temporary account restriction while the issue is reviewed.
