Service description

Co Parent Peace provides software tools intended to support calmer communication, shared coordination, and record keeping for co-parenting arrangements. Features may evolve over time and may differ between plans, trials, or devices.

Acceptable use

• You must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape without permission, overload, or compromise the platform.
• You must not upload malicious code or content you do not have the right to use.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid features may be offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges in line with the pricing shown at checkout, unless cancelled before renewal. Prices, taxes, and billing intervals will be shown during purchase.

Trials and promotional access

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription before the next renewal date to avoid future charges. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle but does not usually create a retroactive refund unless required by law or expressly approved by us.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Our total liability relating to the service will be limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant subscription period unless the law says otherwise.

Termination
